Age Concern helps those in later years live life better by combatting poverty, loneliness and reversing poor mental and physical health. They befriend over 400 people who have a weekly visit or call.
Their friendship clubs reached over 10,000 visitors last year. Since the start of COVID they have delivered over 1,800 hours of bereavement support.
